By engaging AJIT GARDEN TRADERS COMPANY for landscaping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services including landscape design, installation, maintenance, and related work.

AJIT GARDEN TRADERS COMPANY provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to:

• Landscape design and consultation
• Plant installation and garden creation
• Lawn care and maintenance
• Irrigation system installation and repair
• Hardscaping and outdoor construction
• Seasonal cleanup and maintenance

All estimates are valid for 20 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. A written contract will be provided before work begins.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information and access
• Marking underground utilities before work begins
• Maintaining adequate water supply for plant establishment
• Following care instructions for newly installed landscaping
• Notifying us of any concerns within 48 hours

We provide a 1 year warranty on all plants and materials, subject to proper care and maintenance. Warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather, pests, disease, or improper care.

AJIT GARDEN TRADERS COMPANY carries full liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked, pre-existing property damage, or acts of nature.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable for custom orders or after work has begun.

Work schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions. Planting seasons and timing will be determined by local climate conditions and plant requirements for optimal establishment.

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in HARYANA. These terms are governed by the laws of HARYANA.
